I went to my appt and the barber who I originally booked couldn't do the cut, fortunately, Luis stepped up to take care of my son's appt. Before he even started, Luis asked my son how he wanted his hair cut and asked him questions. Throughout the appt Luis engaged with my son, made conversation, and asked about his interests/ hobbies. Afterwards, My son told me he really appreciated how friendly and attentive Luis was, he felt like he was treated more than just a customer.
